Grown at 1200–1600 meters above sea level, this coffee comes from farmers organized through Subak Abian, a traditional Balinese cooperative system emphasizing sustainable practices. Each cherry is hand-picked, wet-hulled, and sun-dried in two careful stages on raised beds, producing a coffee with the hallmark blue-tinged bean and a smooth, complex flavor profile unique to Bali.
