Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Returned coffee is not accepted as it is a perishable item, unless there was an issue such as a damaged delivery. Any express shipping services that may have been requested by you, where applicable, is not refunded. Ground shipping is not refunded unless our shipping department was at fault and your order arrived damaged. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, authorizing the merchandise return as well as instructions on where to send your package. You will be responsible for shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
