Shipping policy

At Stray Beans Coffee Co., we take pride in delivering the freshest specialty-grade coffee to our customers. Each order is carefully processed, roasted, and shipped with quality in mind.  

 **Processing & Fulfillment**  
- Orders in the queue are processed every business day for the following day's roasting.  
- We process the number of orders we expect to be able to roast and ship that day.  
- Shipping details are attached to orders as they are processed for the next day's roast.  
- Labels are printed in the evening, and our roasters prepare the next day's batches.  
- The following morning, roasting and packaging begin.  
- Orders are picked up by USPS, UPS, or FedEx at various times throughout the day. If a pickup occurs early (e.g., 10:00 a.m.), remaining orders will ship the next business day.  

**Shipping Timeframes**  
- Order Processing & Shipping: 2-5 business days  
- Transit Time (Ship to Delivery): 1-5 business days  
- Total Delivery Time: Varies based on order processing and shipping carrier timelines  

We do not offer expedited shipping, as our process ensures peak flavor and freshness for every order.  

**Shipping Carriers**  
We currently ship via:  
- USPS  
- UPS  
- FedEx  

Each order is assessed individually to determine the best shipping method based on order details.  

**International Shipping**  
- We do not offer international shipping.

Every bag of Stray Beans coffee is roasted to order, ensuring the freshest coffee possible. While this process takes time, we believe it’s worth the wait for the best flavor experience.
